2. Data we collect

  • Account data: Email address and hashed password when you register.
  • Usage data: Snipe logs (player name, prices, profit), filter settings, and daily usage counters stored locally in your browser.
  • Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details.
  • AI analysis data: Market data you submit to Oracle is sent to the Anthropic Claude API for analysis. No personal data is included in AI requests.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and improve the FutOracle service
  • To manage your account and subscription
  • To enforce free tier usage limits
  • To send transactional emails (login links, subscription confirmations)

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data storage

Account and snipe log data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL) servers in the EU. Extension settings and usage counters are stored locally in your browser via chrome.storage.local. JWT tokens are held in memory only and are never persisted to disk.

5. Third-party services

6. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@futoracle.com.

7. Data deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the extension settings. This permanently removes all personal data, snipe logs, and cancels any active subscription. Local extension data can be cleared by uninstalling the extension.

8. Cookies

FutOracle does not use cookies. Authentication is handled via JWT tokens stored in browser memory. The extension uses chrome.storage.local for settings and usage data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of FutOracle after changes constitutes acceptance.
